Our Story
Cozycat Ragdolls began with a simple love for animals and the peaceful rhythm of life on our small family farm. Surrounded by open skies, livestock, and the quiet comforts of country living, we wanted to raise a breed of cat that reflected the same warmth, gentleness, and companionship we value every day. I fell in Love with Ragdolls over 25 years earlier when I worked at an Animal Shelter, I knew I had found something truly special. My Dream smoldered for years until finally the timing became perfect after settling on our farm. We purchased my Grandparents farm in 2018 after moving back to Washington State to return to my roots. I found 2 catteries, MVRagdolls and Ragdolljoy, that helped us get started with some wonderful kittens and the fun began. Some of our cats family tree has cats coming from International Breeders and Championship Grandparents.
Ragdoll cats are known for their calm personalities, affectionate nature, and striking blue eyes. They thrive on human companionship and love being close to their people. At Cozycat Ragdolls, our cats are raised right in our home where they are handled daily, socialized, and treated as beloved members of the family. From their very first days, our kittens grow up surrounded by love, gentle care, and everyday household life so they develop into confident, affectionate companions.
Our farm environment gives our kittens a unique start in life. With a home full of animals, activity, and attention, our kittens learn early to be relaxed, curious, and people-oriented. We focus on responsible breeding practices, excellent health care, and nurturing temperaments that truly represent the wonderful Ragdoll breed.
What brings us the greatest joy is seeing our kittens become treasured members of families across the country. Each kitten we raise carries a piece of our heart, and we are honored to help connect them with loving homes where they will bring comfort, companionship, and a lifetime of cuddles.
